Return Policy

Change or Cancellation of Orders

We will accept change or cancellation of orders and provide the appropriate refund only if:

  • You inform us within 24 hours of your purchase.


Exchange for Undamaged Item(s)

Our policy lasts 30 days from your purchase. We will accept exchanges only if:

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (e.g. order number);
  • Item(s) returned are unused, unwashed, and must be in its original packaging.

How to exchange your purchase

  • Contact us via and we will send you the corresponding instructions;
  • Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer;
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item(s), and they are not refundable;
  • Once your returned item(s) is received and inspected, we will notify you via email on the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

    Damaged or Wrong Item(s)

    If you discover an item has a manufacturer’s defect or was damaged during transit, or we have shipped you the wrong item:

    • We will re-ship you a brand new item and bear the shipping costs.

    In order to qualify for the above, please take note of the following:

    • Contact us via to raise an exchange or refund request;
    • In your email to us, provide a valid proof of purchase (e.g. order number);
    • Send us a photo of the damaged or wrong item; If it is something like lights not working then please send a video of this.
    • We apologize that we do not take responsibility for damaged packaging, as this is subject to the handling by the shipping company. 


    • Once the item(s) is verified to qualify for a refund, we will notify you via email;
    • We will process the refund and it may take a few weeks depending on your credit card company / PayPal to credit the amount back to you.
    • Sorry we do not provide refunds if you do not like the item, change your mind or because shipping took awhile.
    • Please ensure you have the correct address details as no refunds or replacements will be given if you put the wrong address. Please email us and we will see if we can help you track your package to have it redirected but no guarantees if you put the wrong address. 
    • Missing item. It is the customers responsibility to ensure an item can be delivered and left at a secure location by the shipping company.

    We will refund you automatically if you have no received your item within 60 days unless the package is in your country ready for collection. Please email us before 60 days is up to let us know.
